Tofu “Egg” and Fake Bacon Breakfast Sandwich with Tots. One of our favorite bunch spots makes an amazing “egg” breakfast sandwich made with tofu. This was my attempt at recreating it. It turned out ok, but I think the “yolk” needs a bit of work. A pic of just the egg:
