Hogthrob’s Breakfast Sandwich at Georgetown Liquor Company in Seattle. This sandwich has the most amazing fake “sunny side up” egg I have ever tasted. I got this one with the veggie sausage, but you can get them with veggie ham if you prefer. Mine had regular cheese on it, but for full vegan you can get them with vegan cheese. We are hopelessly smitten with this dish for brunch.

Friday night we headed down to White Center (a town just south of West Seattle with some awesome food options), to hit up Lumpia World. This Filipino food truck was parked outside of Big Al’s Brewery. We wanted to try the Soba Noodle Soup and a special of Chicken Katsu Sliders. Both were amazing and we could hardly get out of there without a couple of vegetarian lumpia.
